6 exercises - 4 circuits - 50 seconds work - 10 seconds rest - 40 second cycle rest after 6th exercise
1. Banded sprint dance
2. Push up, shoulder tap, floor squat
3. Banded jump squat, lunge hops
4. Banded squat high row
5. Plank in and out
6. Banded squat one arm press
3 minute ab burn to finish - 1. Toe taps 2. Butt twists 3. Bicycle kicks
