I’m looking for a new daily HIIT workout for 20-30 min. What do you recommend to get me started with your workouts?

Welcome! You’re in the right place if you’re looking for 30 minute HIITS.
Monday’s workouts are total body.
Tuesday’s are booty focused
Wednesday’s are full body but with a WILD twist. Mainly just the timer and sets are a little crazy ;)
Thursday’s are the months challenge (November is AB SHRED) so we release a 15 minute AB SHRED workout
And lastly Friday’s are Core focused workouts.
We have 15 minute burner workouts as well. Perfect to pair with another 15 minute or a 30 minute HIIT. But hard enough to do on its own.
