6 exercises - 6 circuits - 40 seconds work - no rest - 35 seconds rest after 6th exercise.
We will be alternating the skis and bicycle crunches every circuit. Circuit 1,3 and 5 will be Skis. Circuit 2,4,6 will be bicycle crunch

Finish with 2 minute of your choice - Alternated weighted crunch or 10 second squat pause jumps
